Teen Process Art
Process art is an artform that emphasizes the process of creating rather than the end result.
By staying fully present, process art shuts off the “overthinking” part of the brain and offers benefits similar to meditation. Because of this, process art can be a powerful tool for art therapy.
Join us at EB Create to explore process art and experience the benefits for yourself!
