Please stop by the lobby to paint a flower or owl for our community art project in honor of Welcoming Week! We'll be using canvas templates, markers, and paint pens, so this is not a messy, difficult, or time-consuming project to contribute to.
Reiki is energy therapy that promotes deep relaxation, mental and emotional clarity, and increased well-being. This practice uses distance reiki, which allows energy to act directly reaching each person where they are, for their highest good, whether that is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, or any combination.
Please bring a yoga mat, throw blanket, beach towel or something to lie on.
This program is for adults, and students grades 6-12.
Bollywood dancing is an expressive fusion of many different dance forms like bhangra, jazz, hip-hop and kathak, which is often seen in popular Bollywood movies. Dancing can distract you from your negative thoughts and helps you focus on the present. It also improves balance, strength, and has a social component as well.
Naina Goel is the founder and director of Dance4Ever, and is a versatile and accomplished dancer trained by the legendary Saroj Khan.

Bring your kids, your grandparents, your best friend, and your cranky neighbor to this community art activity! Design and decorate a scrapbook page (or two!) to share your favorite East Brunswick memories. We'll provide the art supplies, snacks, and music; you bring your creativity and good vibes!
After completing your scrapbook page, it will be collected and compiled into a community scrapbook plus a digital version for online viewing and sharing.
Thursday August 15, 5-6pm (Gr 6-12)
Come paint your own suncatcher to add a burst of color to any room! Hang it in a window and watch the sun throw rainbows across the room.

These folded paper booklets are the ultimate form of self expression, allowing both new and experienced artists to draw, sketch, color, collage, write, and more. We'll have all the supplies you need - just bring your creative spirit and be ready to have fun!
