An excellent short story collection leaving readers wanting more from each story

This is rather a shorty story collection collecting 13 short stories.Ths by far where Junji Ito shines. He makes the horro center stage and in each unique story explores it in a way that he hooks you in. he makes you feel that you want more of this world. He also writes with unique ideas and twists and turns. In one story Junji ito writes aout horror in a library. in another story he talks about an villahe and all broken mirrors. In each story Junji ito seems to take on a unique premise and maages to keep us in. Reading his short stories most of the time he makes the characters be thrown into the situation where the horror takes over and we are all for the ride. The stories themselves feel self contained with the horror being mostly superatural and mysterious. The twists and turns the stories takes will keep the story hooked. Overall Junji Ito's smashed is an excellent short story collection is excellent and is worth reading and is completely enjoyable.
