My Hero Academia Smash!! Vol. 2 by Hirofumi Neda

My Hero Academia Smash!! Vol. 2 by Hirofumi Neda is a unique and simple book to read with all events lined up perfectly and in a straightaway manner. The story started off with the class going to the blossom for some peaceful time and activities. The Principle and the Vice Principle were upset with the class because of the fact that the class was choosing to have fun instead of taking the activities seriously. Which makes Deku (one of the main characters) think, “I have been training hard every day, but how do I know I am getting stronger?”, that’s when an opportunity opened up in front of Deku. The teacher announced that there is a festival that is basically a show or a performance in front of millions of people to show who has the most powerful quirk and how strong each contestant is. But this time the class didn’t decide to compete but to dance and entertain the audience with their abilities. Deku also manages to make Eri smile which is a HUGE accomplishment, since he doesn’t smile at all. Because of the festival, the class gets to learn about each other more and more, where at one point they are now like they have been friends for years. In other words, the whole class is just like a big group. Besides the festival, Deku was directed to do a very interesting task of babysitting a child who seemed to always be out of control. But what makes it really interesting is what Deku has to go through when babysitting the baby. And what makes it funny is that when All Might (the principal and a mentor of Deku) handles the baby, it grows quiet and is properly handled. Rating: 4.7 out of 5 Stars
