Use simple ingredients that you can find around your home plus relaxing essential oils to make your own custom lip scrub! Lip scrubs help gently exfoliate dry skin to keep your lips fresh and hydrated. Use 1-2 times per week and follow with a moisturizing lip balm to keep lips happy during the harsh winter months.
Meet us at EB Create and design your own decoupage box. Decoupage is a craft technique in which the artist attaches paper decorations to a hard surface with a clear drying glue. Some people call decoupage "painting with paper," because once the design is dry they can truly look painted on!
An example of a decoupage is pictured. Keep in mind that it does not have to have a floral pattern. We will have paper in all colors and designs so that you can express your own personal style.
Join your fellow TAG members for some winter holiday fun! Wear your ugliest sweater, decorate (paper) gingerbread men, and watch a festive film. We'll have pizza, snacks, and drinks (plus dessert and hot cocoa, of course), as well as various fun activities and games!
Parlin Pharmacy is coming to East Brunswick Public Library for a special vaccine clinic on October 18. The clinic is for East Brunswick residents only.
Flu vaccines will be free (ages 3+)as well as the senior flu vaccine. Please bring your photo ID and prescription insurance card at the time of vaccination. Flu vaccines are covered under all insurances; if a resident has no insurance then the regular flu vaccines will be provided at no cost.
How it works:
To bring awareness to Banned Books Week (September 22-28, 2024), for the month of September, any teen who reads a banned book will earn a raffle ticket! Not sure which books are banned? Check the poster in the teen space, ask a librarian, or look online for suggestions!
For every book you read, grab a raffle ticket, fill it out, and hand it in at the desk in the children’s section.
