Rescheduled: Acoustic Mondays: Mr. Ray Kids Concert

Join the Acoustic Monday series in the Municipal Complex Courtyard!

mr. RAY (Ray Andersen) has been writing and performing under this name since 1994, but that is only part of the story. In 1994, Ray was asked to come in and perform at a pre-school. In no time, he became known as "mr. RAY," holding an eye-catching, colorfully-stickered guitar. The kids (and Ray) were quickly hooked. Singing about friendship, dinosaurs and rainbows never sounded so cool before…

Folk and Oldies Acoustic Jam in the Courtyard

Do you like music from the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s?  Whether you sing, play an instrument, or just like to listen, come out for Musicians and Friends Folk Jam Central’s latest sing-along, play-along party!  Song leader Fil Wisneski will guide you through a selection of classic songs from a variety of genres that are easy to play and fun to sing together.  Lyric/chord charts will be provided.

Bring your own chairs and water (and music stand if applicable). The library will be open during the performance.
