Celebrate football season with an interactive mental health game! Participants will have the opportunity to decorate their own helmets before "getting out on the field" to practice positive self-talk strategies to be their own cheerleaders!

Presented by NJ4S, a prevention program that supports youth mental wellness and can connect students and their parents/caregivers with other community resources beneficial to social, emotional, and mental health and well-being, including clinical and non-clinical resources.
Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their grown-ups can have some fun at the library's Open Playtime sessions. Join us to enjoy the library's educational toys and each other's company!
