Join Insectropolis as they present their bugs on the go program!
A unique, memorable and educational program where participants will learn about this often misunderstood tiny animals.
There will be live animals! Please join us in learning about these cool creatures.

Teen Volunteer Shreya D. will show you how to extract DNA from a strawberry! Shreya will go through the process and give you the instructions to try on your own later! This is an informational program and you are not expected to follow along.
This program is designed for kids in grades 4th through 6th, but all are welcome to attend.
Please register in advance by clicking "Join Event" to receive the Zoom login information so you have it before the program starts! Details will be re-sent to all registrants a half an hour prior to program start.

Join us to make a cute stretchy bracelet using colorful beads and watermelon charms.
Drop by beginning at 4:00. We'll clean up together at 5:15!

Kids ages 3 years and up can drop by to color a Hawaiian shirt template and decorate it with buttons. Please note, this project includes small pieces that are not appropriate for young children. While supplies last!

Kids ages 2 and up, with their grown-up, are invited to make a quick, beautiful, not-too-messy project. This is a preschool program for kids ages 2-5.
This month we are making strawberries! We will be using washable paint but please do not wear your finest clothing! Clean up at 11:00!

The Rutgers Geology Museum returns to present this exciting class to kids entering grades K-6!
Museum staff will talk about minerals, and participants will learn about the three rock types, how they are formed, and how geologists define minerals and their properties. Attendees will participate in hands-on science and arts activities, and each participant will receive their own mineral identification kit to take home!
