Grown-ups, don’t walk away! Please scroll down to join librarian Suzanne for our opening song, and then we'll have a brief visit from Allison Reinking of Central Jersey Family Health Consortium. (And then we'll get right back to stories!)
Central Jersey Family Health Consortium’s Family Connections: Central Intake Program now offers -- for FREE -- the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3), a Developmental Screening Tool. The ASQ-3 gives parents a quick look at how children are doing in important areas such as communication, physical ability, social skills, and problem-solving skills. This tool helps parents identify children’s strengths as well as any areas where a child may need support.
Please follow the link below for your county and take 10-15 minutes to complete this developmental screening tool. An Early Childhood Specialist will connect with you to go over the results and discuss next steps. For more information, please contact Allison at 732-937-5437.
Please note: Central Jersey Family Health Consortium provides services in Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, and Hunterdon Counties. If you live in another NJ county, please contact Allison for information on how you can access the ASQ-3 for your family.
