Meet the author of The Honey Bees: Recharge Mommy Bee!

 

Do your kids have a hard time understanding why you need to take a break?  The Honey Bees are here to help!  Come meet Katie Germain, the author of this self-published children's book, and bring home your copy of this vibrant story that teaches adults and children how to recharge their battery.  Katie, a local mom of 2, is an occupational therapist, certified in perinatal mental health.  She uses her personal and professional experience to help families express their need for rest.  Join us for story time and a mindfulness activity to follow!
