EB Astronomy: What's up in the Night Sky

What's up in the Night Sky

Join us as we discuss what to expect to see in the night sky in the coming days and weeks and how you can plan for a successful night of observation.

###

The East Brunswick Astronomy Club (EBAC) was founded with the mission of encouraging and promoting an interest in astronomy and space science throughout East Brunswick and beyond. EBAC meets once a month at the East Brunswick Public Library and meetings typically include a short lecture, open discussion, and telescope observing.

Board Games and Brunch

Join the staff of NJ4S for a morning filled with family, fun, and food!  Refreshments will be served, but if your family has any dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring something just to be safe.  For kids entering kindergarten and up, with an adult.

First Test (Protector of the Small #1)

In the medieval and fantastic realm of Tortall, Keladry of Mindelan is the first girl to take advantage of the decree that permits females to train for knighthood. Up against the traditional hazing of pages and a grueling schedule, Kel faces only one real roadblock: Lord Wyldon, the training master of pages and squires. He is absolutely against girls becoming knights. So while he is forced to train her, Wyldon puts her on probation for one year.

Community Open Mic

Take this opportunity to showcase your special skills! All ages are invited to join us for this special community open mic organized by some of this summer's TLC teen volunteers. Whether you dance, sing, play an instrument, recite poetry, or something else entirely, you are invited to showcase your talent here. If you're not quite ready to take the stage yourself, join the audience to support all the amazing talent East Brunswick has to offer! Light refreshments will be provided.
