This program will NOT be recorded.

Join Miranda Lee, a mindfulness coach in an exploration of mindfulness. Find out how mindfulness can help you set an intention of the day as you wake and help you get to sleep at night. Enjoy learning some neuroscience and theory as well as some gentle movement and some still practices. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
