East Brunswick Astronomy Club

The East Brunswick Astronomy Club (EBAC) was founded with the mission of encouraging and promoting an interest in astronomy and space science throughout East Brunswick and beyond. EBAC meets once a month at the East Brunswick Public Library and meetings typically include a short lecture, open discussion, and telescope observing.

This group is open to adults, teens, and families with children ages 12 and younger.

The East Brunswick Astronomy Club presents, "An Introduction to Amateur Astronomy" with Denis Cheng.

Join us for a presentation by Denis Cheng on some basic facts on, "what everyone should know," about astronomy. This will include a short history of the development of amateur astronomy, while focusing on some famous and not-so-famous amateur astronomers, who helped to make it one of the most popular hobbies in the world.

Join us as we discuss what to expect to see in the night sky in the coming days and weeks and how you can plan for a successful night of observation.

Origami ( Gr. 3+)

There are 4 origami programs this summer: 7/10, 7/17, 8/21 and 8/28  from 4-5 p.m.

If you love the magic of turning a piece of paper into something cool, you are invited to join the programs! We will provide all the materials.

Please come 3:55 to sign in so you won't miss the beginning steps of instruction. Limited to 15 kids. First come first served.
