Recycled Paper & Journal Craft (Gr. 8+)
This is a 2-day program for teens and adults (grades 8+).
Day 1: Create your own recycled paper! We will upcycle leftover construction paper scraps from past library programs and give them new life. Learn how to create your own recycled paper!
Day 2: Assemble your own journal using recycled paper!
This program is led by TAG volunteer Eliana. Registration is encouraged to guarantee your spot, but drop-ins welcome while supplies last. Reserve your spot at 732.390.6789.
Library Catalog Upgrade
This June we are upgrading our library catalog.
Velvet Mandala Art (Gr. 1)
Join us to use crayons, markers, or paint for velvet mandala art. This program is for students entering grades 1+. Supples are limited and will be distributed on a first come first served basis.
Perler Beading (Gr. 4)
Use preset shapes and perler beads to make a colorful design. This program is for grades 4+.
Suncatcher Painting
Kids entering grades 1 and up are invited to paint suncatchers. This is a potentially messy program, so please do not wear your finest! Suncatchers will need to dry for 2-3 hours. Participants will be able to pick them up later or bring them home (very carefully) on a paper plate.

Watercolor Stained Glass (Gr. 3+)
Create a stained glass masterpiece with watercolors in this program for students in grades 3+.
Cool Science Stories & Experiments (CSSE) Gr. 3+
Talls & Smalls Reading Practice
Kids entering 1st and 2nd grades can sign up to practice reading with a teen volunteer. Kids will work one-on-one or in a small group with a volunteer. Due to very limited space, this program is limited to East Brunswick Library cardholders.
