Calling all citizen scientists and nature lovers! Come learn about monarch caterpillars and see a couple up close. Stick around for an optional craft (while supplies last) and a release of a newly hatched monarch butterfly into nature. Children of all ages are welcome along with parents and caregivers.
Learn about monarch caterpillars and their life cycle before we release a butterfly into nature. An optional craft will be available while supplies last.

Join us for an open playtime for children from 0-35 months accompanied by an adult. Toys are selected with age and safety guidelines in mind and are suitable for young children. We clean up together at 11:15!
Join us at EB Create to make your very own canvas pencil case. We will have acrylic paint, paint markers and fabric markers available. Please do not wear your finest, or bring a smock if you feel more comfortable. Grades 6+, Registration Required.
Shrinky dinks are plastic charms you can create yourself! For this craft, draw with marker on special plastic sheets. When heated in the oven, they will shrink to a third of their size without altering their color or shape.

Join us at EB Create to learn about the modern artist Henri Matisse and create your own Matisse-Inspired Collage!
Roll the dice to select Matisse-style organic shapes! Put them together for your own unique collage.

Kindergarten and up
Kids entering kindergarten and up can join us to enjoy the chill, artsy environment while they paint an abstract, textured canvas! Please note, we will be using acrylic paints, so please do not wear your finest clothing!
Limited space! Please stop at the children's desk beginning at 3:30 PM for a free ticket, while supplies last.
Kids grade 1+ are invited to pain suncatchers. This is a potentially messy program, so please do not wear your finest! Suncatchers will need to dry 2-3 hours. Participants will be able to pick them up later or bring them home (very carefully) on a paper plate.
