Six Pillars of Brain Health Lecture

It’s never too late to focus on your brain health! In this interactive session you will learn about the six pillars of brain health, activities that support brain health, and hopefully be inspired by others.

Our guest speaker, Roberta Popik from the AARP Speakers Bureau, will provide important information on the latest research on brain health as well as lifestyle suggestions on how to take care of your brain as you age.  This event is graciously cosponsored by the East Brunswick Senior Center.

Literary March Madness Final Four

Welcome to our ninth annual Literary March Madness tournament. This year we will be voting on the best books from the first quarter of the century.  There have been a number of excellent pieces of literature published between 2000-2024 across a wide spectrum of genres.  Visit this page here to vote for your favorites.  Each Monday throughout the month we will be narrowing down the competition until we crown a winner.
