(18+) Sci-Fi/Fantasy Book Club

This month’s book is the Monk and Robot novella duology by Becky Chambers: A Psalm for the Wild-Built and A Prayer for the Crown-Shy. Ask a staff member for help locating a copy in print, e-book, or audiobook format! Read this month's book before the meeting and join us to discuss your favorite characters and scenes, share headcanons, and speculate on future events.

Ask a Physical Therapist

Have questions about physical therapy?

Wally Dimalanta, PT, MPT, explains what it is and how it can help improve strength, mobility, recovery and overall wellness.

This informal discussion is great for anyone who is curious about how physical therapy (PT) can help!
