East Brunswick Astronomy Club with Lecture

The EB Astronomy Club presents, "From Landscapes to Nightscapes with Astro Photography" with Edith Donno.

 

From sunsets to nightscapes to DSO, Edith will talk about astrophotography and how she started capturing the night sky, techniques used, and the first steps in tracked DSO and share first astro images using a telescope.

Edith Donno was born in Mexico and immigrated to the USA in 1999. She obtained a degree in Law in Mexico, and currently work as a victim services supervisor in Arizona. She has always had a passion for the outdoors and the night sky, and in 2019 took her first images at night and fell in love with evening photography. She has led workshops around the Phoenix Area for nightscapes, and recently purchased her first astro rig and started learning how to image space objects.

The East Brunswick Astronomy Club (EBAC) was founded with the mission of encouraging and promoting an interest in astronomy and space science throughout East Brunswick and beyond. EBAC meets once a month at the East Brunswick Public Library and meetings typically include a short lecture, open discussion, and telescope observing.

This group is open to adults, teens, and families with children ages 12 and younger.
