Healthy Eating on a Budget

Join this Hackensack Meridian Health program lead by their registered dietician as she shares advice on how to make healthy food choices that don't cost a lot. Learn tips for supermarket savings and low budget recipes.

 

AnnMarie McDade is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has greater than 25 years experience working with people with diabetes, kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. She also works with people that are interested in weight loss to help prevent the above mentioned chronic diseases. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, with both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in clinical nutrition. She is focused on empowering people to optimize their health through educated choices based on current scientific data.
