Laura Vetter, RDN, CDE, CSP, of St. Peter’s University Hospital presents easy and healthy meal and snack ideas for families. She will also share strategies for making good choices when shopping for pre-packaged snacks. Ms. Vetter is a registered dietician with expertise in pediatric nutrition. Bring your questions! Young children are welcome to attend with you. Healthy refreshments will be served. All ages welcome!

Learn about appreciating everyone's differences and how to be a friend to someone with a disability. Robert Wood Johnson Medical School students will read a story, lead activities, and every child will make a superhero cape!
