Talk to a Future Doc - Stuffed Animal Clinic

Students from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School are stopping by between 10:00 – noon to provide medical exams to keep your favorite stuffed animal healthy.  Students will teach young children through their stuffed animal about the importance of eating healthy, staying active, brushing their teeth, and lots of ways to stay healthy.   Stop by their table in the lobby, and don’t forget to bring your favorite stuffed animal for their annual check-up!   You might even get to listen to their heart!

Yoga Class

Free yoga classes for students in grades 7-12.  Join Ms. Joanne, a certified yoga instructor, for this free class located in the YS Programming room from 7 pm until 8 pm.  Please bring a yoga mat or towel to class.

Online Chess Club for new beginners (Gr, 2+)

An online Chess club for Beginners will be held with 8 Zoom meetings on every Thursday @ 4-5 p.m starting June 2nd.

We will go through the curriculum from Chesskid.com, watching videos and solving puzzles.

This club is targeted to 2nd grader and above with no prior experience in playing chess.

After 8 meetings, participants should know the basic rules and tactics of playing chess.
