Friends of the Library Day Open House

In honor of National Friends of the Library Week, the East Brunswick Friends of the Library are celebrating with a special open house! You can learn more about what the Friends of the library do, and how you can become involved! Their work supports the special events and many of the innovative programs we offer here at East Brunswick Public Library. 

There will be refreshments and snacks, as well as some special kids activities! 

Friends Family Photo Shoot Cancelled

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Friends Family Photo Shoot Fundraiser is CANCELLED.

 

To get an early start on holiday cards, make an appointment today for a family photo shoot with photographer Michael Molfetto on Saturday, September 9 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM or Sunday, September 10 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Sessions will be held at 15-minute intervals in the library meeting rooms. Each session costs $65 and includes at least three poses and three digital images suitable for printing.

Friends Author Talk: Ken Kunken

The East Brunswick Friends of the Library are hosting a special event with author and motivational speaker Ken Kunken at East Brunswick Public Library (2 Civic Center Drive) on Thursday, May 9 at 7:30 pm. He will be discussing his memoir I Dream Of Things That Never Were – The Ken Kunken Story.

Kunken broke his neck on October 31, 1970, while making a tackle during a football game at Cornell University. The injury severed his spinal cord, leaving him almost totally paralyzed from the shoulders down.
