Donations will be accepted 4/25 through 4/29
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Do you have too many craft supplies? East Brunswick Public Library (2 Civic Center Drive), East Brunswick Sustainability Task Force and the Friends of the East Brunswick Environmental Commission can help you declutter your craft room and out of the landfill.
The library is accepting donations of crafting supplies from Friday, April 25, through Tuesday, April 29, for an upcoming craft supply exchange on Wednesday, April 30.
“We crafters can be known to hold onto supplies for projects we no longer need,” said Melissa Hozik, Adult Programming Librarian. “The craft supply swap encourages sustainability, while helping others take home something they will use.”
Craft donations can be taken to the library’s Information Desk in bags or boxes. Donations are limited to two bags or boxes. Suggested donation items include knitting needles, crochet hooks, fabric, drawing and painting supplies, scrapbook paper and more. All items should be clean, as well as in new or gently used condition. A complete list can be found here.
