Tai Chi for Adults

Come learn about Tai Chi and its basic movements with Alex Spiewak. Tai Chi Chuan is a type of ancient art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits. It is described as a "meditation in motion" that is slow, graceful, mindful, low-impact, and full-body. It is suitable for older adults and those not in "top shape".

Alex Spiewak a leader in Tai Chi USA and is a recognized instructor who has helped students uncover the healing power of Tai Chi for over 10 years.  Tai Chi USA in East Brunswick NJ has provided health focused Tai Chi and Qigong training for over 22 years.  Thousands of students have improved their balance, reduced pain and stress.
