A well-planned business model is critical to the success of your business. This workshop will show how the business model canvas can be used to develop your business model and value proposition and how it helps you prepare your business plans.
Amulya K. Garga is the Chairman of SCORE Princeton. He has helped over a hundred business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs improve their business model, value proposition, marketing and go to market strategy. He also coaches business leaders through Everwise.
Dr. Garga has developed game-changing technologies ranging from predictive analytics to smart sensors to immersive collaboration and decision support tools. He served in various leadership roles in the defense industry and is currently the President of KAPI Group, a business and technology consulting company.
