Are you a caregiver who needs find pause and calm in your everyday life? Joann P. Reinhardt will help us explore the use of meditative practices such as reiki energy therapy as a means of deep relaxation. A meditation with reiki and sound will also be provided. Please bring a mat and small blanket if you would like to lay down for the meditation.

Joann P. Reinhardt, PhD, RMT is a Research Psychologist and Reiki Teacher / Practitioner. She is a registered, Affiliate Member of the International Center of Reiki Training.
