In this fast-paced, stressful world we live in, is there a way to decompress, recharge and experience peacefulness? Explore the power of meditation with Jim Rose to transform our lives and find the joy and serenity we are longing for. Experience a simple, yet powerful method of meditation that can be used daily to enhance your life.

Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of Johnson & Johnson a multi-national corporation.
