The Many Faces of Mystery (ONLINE)
Readers today often cite "mystery" as their favorite genre, but that can mean many things. Four published authors who are members of Sisters in Crime Central Jersey will discuss the various sub-genres of mysteries on the shelves today, and how readers can zero in on what appeals to them. The panelists also would also be happy to discuss common elements that go into writing any good, suspenseful mystery. Authors available to take part include Robyn Gigl (legal thrillers), Delia Pitts (contemporary PI), Roberta Rogow (sci-f, fantasy, historical) and Eileen Watkins (contemporary cozy). All are published in novel form and some authors will bring copies of their books to sign.
