Dr. XinQi Dong is director of the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research at Rutgers University. Dr. Dong is a physician and geriatric specialist and has spent his career engaging minority communities in research and health education. Since the start of the pandemic, Dr. Dong and IFH have been working with partner organizations across New Jersey to ensure communities have reliable and up-to-date information about the virus and vaccines.
