Legal and Financial Planning for Caregivers (Hybrid)
This seminar is designed to acquaint caregivers with legal and financial issues associated with planning for long-term care. Tina James, an attorney specializing in Elder Law, will discuss important topics related to this subject such as wills, power of attorney, and estate planning. This seminar will be hosted in-person at the library and virtually via the Zoom link listed below.
Tina M. James, Esq., is an experienced advocate, planner, and litigator. Her legal work focuses on estate planning and administration and special needs planning for individuals with disabilities and their families. She previously worked as a litigator with a national law firm and served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Tina was selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2015 and 2016.
