How to Design a Holiday Letter with Google Docs (Zoom)

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information and instructions on  how to join the meeting. Check your Spam/Junk folder. 
 

This event will be held on the Zoom platform. 

Please plan to join the meeting 10 minutes prior to the program so your device has time to connect.

  • A Computer or Smart Phone is required to watch and hear this class
  • Click (or copy/paste) into a web browser to access the Zoom virtual meeting. A Zoom link was emailed to you after you registered by Library Staff or no-reply@zoom.us
  • Zoom may ask you to download and install the application file for you to join the meeting. Download and install the file so you can connect to Zoom.
  • To hear the program, you can either use your computer’s speakers or call in using a telephone. Select which one you prefer.
  • To follow along with the virtual class, we suggest to have two devices or two monitors during the class. On one device you can watch the class and on the other you can use the application.
  • If you have a camera & microphone, you will be muted during the program. Unmute yourself to talk or use the chat box to ask questions. Questions are encouraged.
