Whether your pain is acute or a chronic issue, you are not alone. Dr. Zach Theinert, DPT of ProFysio Physical Therapy will discuss:

  • Types of pain
  • Common problem areas
  • Solutions: What you can do from home
  • When to call your physical therapist
  • Demystifying common terminology providers use that sound scary.

Space is limited; registration recommended. Register at: https://sites.webpt.com/854/eb-public-library-pain-science-zoom-class

Dr. Theinert's clinical experience includes a variety of orthopedic conditions with a focus on sport medicine and vestibular dysfunction. When treating, Dr. Theinert believes in taking a more holistic approach that focuses not only on the problem area, but also the health and function of adjacent segments. As an avid runner himself, Dr. Zach is a POSE Method Running Technique Specialist (Level 1).

Dr Theinert earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia after earning his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Ramapo College of NJ. In his spare time Zach enjoys playing soccer, golf, running, and snowboarding.

This event is sponsored by ProFysio Physical Therapy and the library's Just for the Health of It initiative to promote community health and wellness.
