Sesh Venugopal has studied and practiced the Western and Indian systems of astrology for over 25 years, and has built a horoscope interpretation program called Lifespan for his consulting practice and personal use. He writes an astrology blog at astrologysesh.com specifically intended for people who want to learn astrology. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and is a faculty member of the Computer Science department at Rutgers University.
