An Evening of Folk Music and Storytelling with Rik Palieri (Hybrid)
The East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick, NJ) will host New Jersey-born Rik Palieri for a program to celebrate his 50 years as a touring folk musician. The live program will be held at the library on Wednesday, April 26, 7-9 p.m. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.
Raised in East Brunswick, his extensive career includes performances throughout North America, Mexico, and Europe, two books on his musical life and travels, numerous recordings, and his “Songwriter’s Notebook” of interviews and recordings, which is part of the American Folk Life Center at the Library of Congress, Washington, DC.
