Guitar with person writing music

[FULL] 18+ Songwriting Workshop (Zoom)

May 19 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

This event is full.

Join local musician and music instructor Paul Singh for an evening of songwriting instruction and workshopping!  In this session we will break down the essentials of writing music, lyrics and discuss techniques to get the creative process flowing.  If you would like, feel free to prepare a song you have written for discussion and critique.

Limited seating.

Paul Singh is a multi-instrumentalist with a contagious love of music.  After graduating from Seton Hall University with a minor in Guitar Performance in 2010, he immediately got busy performing with bands in the local NJ music scene.  Writing original music as a member of A Boy Named John (piano, guitar) and The Company Kept (vocals, guitar) has taught Paul that songwriting is a lifelong process, and one of the most rewarding things a musician can do.  In any given year you can find him jumping between bands, touring, and taking over virtual songwriting library seminars across the country.
