POSTPONED: Bunco Night

BUNCO NIGHT IS BEING POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.  THE FRIENDS ARE WORKING ON A NEW DATE AND WILL ISSUE A REFUND TO THOSE WHO CANNOT MAKE IT.

The Friends of the Library are hosting a Bunco Night on Friday, January 19 at the East Brunswick Memorial VFW Post #133 (485 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick). Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the first game starts at 7:00 pm.
Tickets for this program are a $10 required donation, with all proceeds sponsoring programs held at East Brunswick Public Library. Tickets can be bought at the library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center), or online at www.ebpl.org. 

The event is for bunco players of all experience levels, and there will be prizes. Attendees can bring their own appetizer and a cash bar will be available.

Bunco is a popular dice game that traces its roots back to the late 1800s. The game has been growing in popularity, with over 21 million women playing the game regularly in the United States, according to a study from Procter & Gamble.

The East Brunswick Friends of the Library are one of the largest library supporters groups in New Jersey. The group fundraises to support library programs, services and special events. For more information on joining the Friends of the Library, visit their website at www.ebpl.org/friends.
