About the Presenter:
Frank Taney has been practicing law for 25 years and is admitted to practice in NJ and PA. Frank served as general outside or inside counsel to close to 100 companies engaged in the commercialization of intellectual property ("IP"). He has also tried close to 50 matters to award or verdict in jury and bench trials and arbitration proceedings.
