Description:  A successful business has a successful plan. A well-planned business model is critical to the success of your business. This webinar will describe the value, types, and benefits of a well-written business plan.

We will discuss:

• the value of differentiating your business 
• how to create your own unique value proposition
• the key activities, strategies, and tactics that help small businesses succeed and,
• the marketing plan and the business model canvas.  

Presenter:  John Vasturia had a successful and influential 35-year career in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry. He served in a variety of senior and executive roles at Munich Re America, Inc. John began his second career in Leadership & Executive Coaching when he earned a formal certification to deliver Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and he established Seabright Leaders LLC. John is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations, including the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and SCORE Princeton Chapter.
