Incredible Indian Spices and their uses (Hybrid)

Indian cuisine, gets its fantastic flavors from the many spices that are used. These spices and their uses will be explored by Geeta Gwalani.
 
Geeta is the author of two cookbooks - Aromas of Sindh - a 100 recipes from the heart which was published in 2020 and more recently she published “For the Greater Gur - 150 delectable desserts.”

In her workshop she will talk about the many uses of Indian Spices and also her latest book - For the Greater Gur. This book has 150 dessert recipes all of which have been made using Jaggery a well known ingredient in India and an alternative to sugar.
 
Geeta was one of the contestants at the the popular ShopRite Cooking Star Challenge season 1 which aired on TV In the US; she was also the runner up at Chef Select ’21 challenge judged by Michelin Star and Celebrity Chef Vikas Khanna.
 
Geeta is also a certified Yoga and Ayurveda practitioner.
