Join us to contribute to the detailed design of new projects that are of interest to you and of value to the library. You will have the opportunity to choose which working group to participate in on the day of the workshop.
The working groups for Session 2 are:
- Services Innovation and Collection Building
- Governance, Policies and Resource Sharing
- Expanding the Role of the Library and Partnering
- Funding, Financial Health, Capital Investments, Budgeting
