Phase 2: Strategic Planning Workshop I
Help The Library create a new strategic plan!
Join us to contribute to the detailed design of new projects that are of interest to you and of value to the library. You will have the opportunity to choose which working group to participate in on the day of the workshop.
The working groups for Session 1 are:
- Leadership, Staffing and Professional Development
- Marketing, Stakeholder Outreach, Communicating the Value of Libraries
- Technology, Systems and Future Infraestructure Needs
- Programming and Events
